Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation programs for patients. You will track progress, adjust therapies as needed, and celebrate patient milestones in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR certification (or within 30 days). A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with field experience, within a nationally recognized

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
