Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will work in a supportive environment with access to advanced technology as part of a national rehabilitation leader.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, continued professional growth, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; or bachelor's degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
