Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients across hospital, outpatient, and home-based settings. You will plan therapy, document outcomes, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited SLP program and NJ licensure; one year of relevant experience is preferred. The role involves potential campus mobility and group education within Capital Health and affiliated sites.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited speech-language pathology program and NJ-approved education.
• Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
• One year experience preferred with patient populations including acute inpatient, outpatient, or pediatric.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in hospital, outpatient clinic, and home care.
• Develop measurable treatment plans and goals for patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other CH team members.
• Document and bill accurately and timely.
