Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized therapy plans for patients with speech and language needs. You will track progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or eligible.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy plans for patients.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
