Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Bakersfield seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to patients in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust therapies to maximize outcomes. Current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR (or within 30 days) are required; master's degree preferred or bachelor with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
