Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and to develop therapy plans that maximize communication and swallowing safety.

The role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC-SLP eligibility. Clinical experience is preferred, with a collaborative healthcare setting emphasis.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA when eligible.
• At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, swallowing.
• Develop and implement therapy plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Current state license.
• A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA when eligible.
• A current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist is required and must be maintained in good standing.
• At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.

• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Assist patients during therapy activities.
