Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Midland, Texas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide essential therapy to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges.

You will evaluate, develop individualized treatment plans, modify approaches based on progress, and document outcomes to support patient progress and goals. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
