Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide vital speech and communication therapy in a supportive, community-focused environment. You will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.

Role requires adapting therapy approaches as patients progress, tracking progress, and celebrating patient victories while supporting their communication recovery. A team-oriented, compassionate mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology).
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Modify therapy approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support their communication recovery.
