Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with speech and language challenges. You will develop personalized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies as needed in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
