Job summary

Encompass Health in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive inpatient setting. You will evaluate, plan, and administer individualized therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
