Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Lowell is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans, monitor progress, and adapt therapies to maximize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR either already in place or obtained within 30 days. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor's with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.

• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
