Encompass Health in Missouri invites a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team, providing individualized therapy to patients with speech and language needs. You will assess, develop, and document treatment plans using evidence-based practices in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice Speech-Language Pathology in state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or in process.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track, document, and communicate patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and support functional communication goals.

Education

Master’s degree preferred
