The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation Clinic, located in Roseville, evaluates and treats children with various diagnoses, including cerebral palsy and motor development challenges. The clinic provides training to children and their parents/caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
This role involves evaluating and providing speech therapy services to children, including documentation, communication, and collaboration with families, staff, and students. The position emphasizes maintaining a safe, clean environment, proper equipment care, effective time management, and fostering satisfaction among patients, families, providers, and staff. All duties are performed in accordance with Children's Minnesota Standards of Behavior.
This is an outpatient position based in Roseville, with potential to float to Woodbury or St. Paul based on patient demand.

The posted salary is competitive based on local and national market data. Compensation considers factors such as skills, education, credentials, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions requiring night, weekend, or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
