Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Speech Pathologist to assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document clinical outcomes and progress in a faith-based care environment.
