Trinity Health in Minot, ND is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide supervised clinical assessment and treatment for patients with communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient setting.
You will develop individualized care plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families while collaborating with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and interdisciplinary team.
The Speech Clinical provides supervised clinical assessment and treatment for patients with communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in the outpatient setting. This role supports individualized care planning, therapeutic intervention, and patient and family education while progressively developing independence as a licensed speech-language pathology provider. Working closely with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and interdisciplinary care team, the Clinical practices within established clinical guidelines and contributes to safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care. Through accurate documentation, effective coordination, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards, this position helps ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
