In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary clinic seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). We recently expanded our state-of-the-art facility and foster a warm, inclusive, collaborative environment for staff, children and families.

You will join a clinician-led practice with an emphasis on mentorship, stable growth, and ethical, high-quality care. The role focuses on client evaluations, personalized plans, and collaboration with OT, PT, ABA, and Mental Health teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to working with children and their families.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform client evaluations and assessments.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Mentor staff when asked by Department Head as schedule permits.
• Deliver therapy sessions designed to meet each child’s specific needs.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

As an SLP at In2Great! You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, child-centered therapy. Your duties will include:
