Effective for the 2026-2027 school year, vacancies for full-time Speech & Language Therapist positions for school-age exist within the Division of Student Services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. These positions will serve school age special education students countywide.

Qualifications

• Must have valid PDE certification as a Speech & Language Therapist


• Master's degree in Communicative Disorders


• Certificate of Clinical Competence; Clinical Fellowship year considered


• Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required


• Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire)

• $74,415- $107,845 - all SLPs with Masters Degree in Speech Pathology/Communication Sciences Disorders (Track I)


• Placement on salary range is determined by years of experience
