Case Western Reserve University’s College of Arts and Sciences invites applications for a Clinical Program Coordinator in the MA in Speech-Language Pathology within the Department of Psychological Sciences. The role leads clinical education, program operations, and collaboration with external partners in Cleveland, OH.

The successful candidate will oversee practicum coordination, provide graduate-level clinical training, advise students, teach select courses, and contribute to scholarly activity

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (SLP) required.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• Ohio licensure by employment timeframe required.
• Experience supervising clinicians is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership as Clinical Program Coordinator for the MA in Speech-Language Pathology program, managing clinical education and program operations.
• Foster and develop long-term interprofessional and collaborative clinical relationships within and beyond the university.
• Coordinate community-based clinical practicum experiences.
• Provide graduate student clinical education and training in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Six courses per academic year at undergraduate and graduate levels; examples include Introduction to Communication Disorders, Clinical Methods, and Clinical Practicum.
• Academic and clinical advising for students and contribute to departmental, school, and college service.
• Engage in scholarly activity regarding clinical innovations and evidence-based practice; encouraged but not required.
