Job summary

Pediatric Speech Lab LLC is seeking a Speech and Language Pathology Assistant to work under the direction of a Speech and Language Lead, delivering services in clinical and teletherapy settings. The role includes 40 hours weekly (30 direct billable, 10 administrative) and collaboration with PSL staff.

The SLPA will maintain patient confidentiality, follow HIPAA rules, and adhere to ASHA Ethical Code while contributing to treatment planning and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provide services to patients with speech and language disorders.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Interact with families and staff to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group treatment in clinical/teletherapy settings.
• Collaborate with caregivers and therapists on care plans.
• Prepare discharge and progress reports and maintain clinical notes.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Uphold ASHA Ethical Code and Pediatric Speech Lab policies.
