Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Provider Network for remote pediatric teletherapy. The role focuses on delivering therapy to children with receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency, voice, and apraxia of speech.

Requirements include completing an ASHA-approved SLPA program and holding an active CA SLPA license, with at least 1 year of SLPA experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Remote, 20 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program per ASHA guidelines.
• Active SLPA license in the State of California.
• Minimum 1 year of SLPA experience.
• Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching.
• Experience in clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy.
• Experience writing SOAP notes.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with children (18 months+).
• Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish.
• Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients.
• Implement an individual's plan of care via teletherapy.
• Maintain a caseload of pediatric population.
• Keep appropriate and daily documentation.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress.
