Job summary

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Katy, TX. You will work side-by-side with licensed SLPs to deliver therapy that helps students with IEPs make real progress, one word at a time.

You'll implement treatment plans, track student progress, keep TEA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with school staff and caregivers to ensure consistent, meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in SLPA program is required.
• SLPA certification (or eligibility) is required or eligible.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support SLPs with therapy sessions (individual and group).
