Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in South Lake Tahoe, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role supports students under the supervision of a licensed SLP and collaborates with teachers to ensure effective therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or higher in SLPA, state certification or licensure (or eligibility), and has completed at least 100 hours of supervised clinical

• Current state certification/licensure as Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of the required 100 hours of supervised clinical practice under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for SLPAs in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:

What We’re Looking For

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or a related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying.
• Completion of the required 100 hours of supervised clinical practice under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
