Eleutheria is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for a school-based position in Oceanside, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time with a pay range of $40-$45 per hour, and CFs and retirees are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology Assistant license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance).
• TB Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Develop therapy materials for verbal and non-verbal learners, including assets for AAC devices and communication boards, and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to students’ needs and functional levels.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy goals, progress, and other relevant documentation.
• Employees may schedule time off during school breaks, with requests reviewed to minimize disruption.
