Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver in-home therapy with a collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes for children. Flexible schedules and thorough documentation support work-life balance.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited SLPA program and licensed in Texas by start date, with pediatric experience preferred. We offer full-time/part-time/PRN roles, PTO, 401k, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and growth

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLPA in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduations welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.

• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
