Speech Language Pathology Assistant – Flagstaff, AZ

We are seeking a highly motivated SLPA in Arizona to join Theracare Pediatric Services. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Licensed SLPA or SLP in the state of Arizona.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Arizona license or currently obtaining one and willing to relocate to Arizona.

Compensation Package

• Quarterly bonus based on caseload.
• 5‑year bonus: $2,000.00.
• 10‑year bonus: $4,000.00.
• FREE CEU's offered quarterly.
• Team huddles across the state.

All bonuses are contingent on maintaining a minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign‑on bonus period and for at least one year thereafter. Other bonuses require a consistent caseload of at least 16 treatments per week.
