Job summary

Liricare is hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school-based program in Aberdeen, Washington. This in-person role supports students with speech and language needs under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop communication skills for academic and social success, in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree meeting Washington SLPA requirements.
• Active Washington State SLPA credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Assist with speech and language screenings and therapy activities.
• Implement treatment plans and IEP goals developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect therapy data and document student progress.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Liricare is hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school-based special education program in Aberdeen, Washington.

This is an in-person opportunity to support students with a variety of speech and language needs while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities include

• Providing direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assisting with speech and language screenings and therapy activities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$37–$40/hour on W-2
