Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Home Health
Schedule: Full-Time
Competitive Pay: $35-60/hour
Join a purpose-built, relationship-driven clinical team rooted in whole childcare, family partnership, and a belief that therapy should feel human—not transactional.
Our founder-built Therapy Matters in 2005 after seeing firsthand how traditional care models often prioritize volume over connection and efficiency over outcomes that truly matter. This experience shaped a different vision—one where clinical integrity, family partnership, and long-term developmental impact are the north star of every decision.
Today, we are building a multidisciplinary practice that reflects that vision. Our therapists collaborate closely with in-house ABA and Occupational Therapists, with psychological and counseling services coming soon creating a truly integrated care environment, not siloed services.
At Therapy Matters, culture is not accidental—it is intentionally designed and continuously protected.
We are grounded in a model that prioritizes client outcomes, family experience, and clinical authenticity, rather than productivity-driven systems. Decisions are made based on what serves the child—not what scales fastest.
We are proud to foster an extremely diverse clinical culture, and we view that diversity as essential to delivering meaningful, culturally responsive care. Our expectation is not just to value diversity—but to actively protect it every day through the way we collaborate, communicate, and care.
Mentorship is foundational to who we are. We believe growth should be organic, supported, and continuous. Ongoing clinical mentorship is embedded into daily practice.
We have made a significant investment in administrative infrastructure so clinicians can remain focused on clinical work—not paperwork, scheduling, or operational burdens.
Our philosophy is simple:
Our model is built around real collaboration—not parallel services. our therapists work in sync with BCBA's and OT therapists to deliver cohesive, functional outcomes.
We are constantly investing in technology, systems, and operational improvements that enhance both:
Our goal is not just to modernize operations—but to build a system where excellence is scalable without compromising care.
As we expand across Arizona, we remain committed to growing with discipline and purpose, ensuring we preserve the culture and care model that defines us.
You are:
If you’re ready to join a team that is redefining care through outward focus, intentional culture, and investment in both people and systems—we’d love to connect!
