Therapy Matters, Inc. is a pediatric ABA clinic seeking experienced RBTs for a clinic-based position serving children ages 2–6 in Chandler, AZ.

We offer structured supervision, integrated therapy with Speech and OT, and a supportive team with advancement opportunities. Work hours are full-time with consistent, reliable scheduling; pay ranges from $21–$26 per hour based on experience and competencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• RBT certification (highly preferred, or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 6 months of experience implementing behavior programs.
• Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data using electronic systems.
• Complete session notes and documentation daily.
• Prepare materials and maintain structured sessions.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Pediatric ABA Clinic (Full-Time)

Therapy Matters, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our pediatric ABA therapy clinic serving children ages 2–6.

This role is designed for RBTs who are confident in independent ABA implementation, data collection, and behavior plan execution under the supervision of a BCBA, within a structured clinical environment.

We provide integrated care across ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, with strong BCBA supervision, clear systems, and a highly supportive team structure.

• Setting: Clinic-based near downtown Chandler (no in-home services)


• Schedule Options:


• Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM


• Monday–Thursday | 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM + Friday 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM


• Job Type: Full-Time


• Pay: $21 - $26 (depending on experience, education and skills competencies)
