Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in kindergarten through 8th grade, mainly K–4, in a school-based setting.

This maternity-leave coverage role offers weekday hours, with virtual supervision by an SLP during the leave, and potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania SLPA credentials or eligibility to practice.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students develop their communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to students in kindergarten through 8th grade, primarily K–4.
• Work with individual students and small groups of 1–2 students.
• Follow established treatment plans and support students in meeting their speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervising SLP to support student progress.
• Complete documentation and data collection in accordance with student plans and school requirements.
