Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) to join a supportive school district on a full-time, school-year contract.

Work Monday through Friday during typical school hours and make a difference in students' communication development. The role involves evaluations, IEP-aligned treatment, collaboration with educators and families, documentation, Medicaid billing, and compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• VDOE license or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Virginia SLP license or eligibility

ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)

Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged

VDOE license or eligibility (preferred)
