Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, swallowing, and cognitive therapies on campus. Compensation is $55 hourly, with on-site roles and comprehensive benefits.

The role emphasizes a holistic approach, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to ASHA guidelines and state regulations. Onsite services and ongoing education opportunities are available.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current valid state license in the state where the community provides service, where applicable.

Location: Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) support our residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care to meet each resident’s needs. With all residents living on campus, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: The pay rate is $55 hourly.

How you will make an impact

• Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings to meet customer needs across the community continuum of care.
• Following Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures. Ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance.
• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.
