Job summary

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Bradford is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our inpatient and outpatient Therapy teams. Roles include Per Diem (flexible hours) and Part Time (set schedule), with a weekend differential of $5.00.

Candidates must be MA-licensed and CCC-SLP certified to provide this care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, designing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in medical records.

Qualifications

Job description

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Bradford Speech Language Pathologist

Per Diem: $50/hr

Part Time: $43 - $51 depending on experience

Weekend Diff for both PD and Part time: $5.00

We are looking for additional SLP's to join our Therapy team in both our inpatient and outpatient departments. Part Time would have a set/guaranteed schedule while Per Diem hours would be more flexible based on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Skills

• Proficiency in critical care and patient assessment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in patient care within acute care settings.
• Familiarity with ICU and case management.
• Ability to provide speech therapy services effectively.
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts
• Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence
