Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in Sheridan, WY. In this role, you will help improve communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility while enjoying the outdoor beauty of Wyoming.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, completed clinical fellowship, and an active Wyoming SLP license. A comprehensive benefits package is available immediately, and the position includes 36 hours per week guaranteed.

• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current CCC from ASHA.
• Active Wyoming SLP license required to start the assignment.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or state-equivalent credentials.
• Active Wyoming SLP license required to start the assignment or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred.
• Demonstrated competence with dysphagia evaluation and management, including instrumental assessments or working knowledge of referral for instrumental assessment preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records used in post-acute settings preferred.
