Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners invites you to join as a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities. You will assess and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing, using evidence-based methods and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and CCC from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel Speech-Language Pathology services in skilled nursing settings.
• Improve patient communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuum of care.
• Contribute to patient outcomes and functional communication progress.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

• Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
