Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to support patients with communication and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing facilities. You will apply evidence-based practice and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while covering patient care across the continuum.

Requirements include a Master's in SLP, CFY and CCC from ASHA, active Oregon license, and BLS certification.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completed CFY and current CCC from ASHA
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

• Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
