Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver expert care for patients with communication and swallowing disorders while exploring new communities. The role offers full-time hours, a 50-mile service radius from Portland, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, relocation support, and license/travel reimbursement.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a productivity standard of 30 points per week and 6 per day.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed with CCC from ASHA.
• Active state SLP license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required by the assigning organization.
• OR and WA licenses required prior to start.
• Previous home health experience required.
• HCHB experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius from the Portland office.
• Meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week, 6 daily.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• OR and WA license required prior to start

Assignment Details
