Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to support home health assignments in the Newberg, Oregon area. The role requires providing high-quality patient care across diverse settings while meeting productivity goals within a 50-mile territory.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• CFY and Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Previous home health experience required.
• HCHB experience required.

• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous home health experience required
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Territory covers a 50-mile radius from the office
• Productivity expectation of 30 points per week, averaging 6 daily
