Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to support SNF patients in Lexington Park, MD and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams during travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Active state license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by certifying body.
• Must have professional SNF experience.
• CFY and CCC from ASHA are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services to patients in SNF settings.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress notes.
• Collaborate with care teams and educate families/catheter staff as needed.
• Travel to assignment sites and maintain licensure compliance.

• Shift Hours: 0830-1630
