Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling SLP to work in Anchorage, Alaska. You’ll help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country with a full-time travel assignment and a rotating 4x10 schedule, including weekends.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, completed CFY and CCC from ASHA, Alaska state license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Active Alaska state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by employer.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders.
• Work as a traveling SLP across Alaska.
• Provide therapy services on a rotating schedule with weekend coverage.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• State of Alaska required fingerprinting and background check to be submitted through NABCS
• Traveler will need to be in provisional or cleared status to be able to start their assignment
• Shift hours: 7:30AM-6:00PM.
• Schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts.
• Rotating schedule to include weekends.
