Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Cleburne, TX to evaluate and treat patients in long-term care settings. The SLP will develop individualized plans and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred
• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities using assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and regulatory requirements
• Provide dysphagia management and education to patients and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
