The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and an active NC SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred or eligible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
• North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license is required or eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred or candidates must be eligible to obtain it.
• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply and will receive structured supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction.
• Partner with families to reinforce skill development beyond the classroom.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement targeted, student-centered intervention plans.
• Support measurable growth in students’ communication skills and overall participation.
