Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care across our network. You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, and collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to optimize communication outcomes.

The role requires a master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, ASHA CCC‑SLP (or equivalent), and at least one year of clinical experience, plus CPR certification and a valid driver’s license. Opportunity to impact patient quality of life in home health settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an approved program.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP or equivalent licensure.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• CPR certification must be maintained.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle as per state/home health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluative procedures, assess home environment as appropriate, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
• Identify functional speech defects, establish goals to improve patient function, and participate in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Recommend communication devices/aids as indicated.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress records per company policy, regulations and standards.
