Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center. You will deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to residents and patients, collaborating with clinical staff to support recovery and quality of life.

Requirements include a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, a valid SLP license in the state, and ASHA CCC certification, enabling you to work within our mission-driven, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents and patients within Signature Rehab's integrated care model.
