Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide expert therapy in a home health setting across Marion County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in clinical decisions, with a supportive, team-focused culture.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, current Florida SLP licensure, and 1+ year of SLP experience, preferably in home health.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an SLP required.
• Active SLP license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
