Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA-CCC) is required or may be obtained.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' speech and communication challenges.
• Develop and administer individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
