Speech Language Pathologist - Summer Creek

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A minimum of Master's Level SLP with 3+ years experience
  2. The desire to learn and grow in a fun, yet professional environment alongside other initiative-taking and independent professionals
  3. The ability to provide top-quality care to patients from all walks of life
  4. The aspiration to be a part of a heart-based, values-driven practice that improves children’s lives daily
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including but not limited to:

Clinical Duties:
  1. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine appropriate diagnoses and create an effective plan of care
  2. Perform Weekly Therapy Sessions using evidence-based practice
  3. Provide Parent Education and Home Programming following each therapy session
  4. Communicate relevant information with team members, families and patients – both verbally and in writing
  5. Document evaluations and therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner
  6. Complete observations and leveling of skills under advisement of Mentor or Supervisor
  7. Ensure a clean and safe treatment space
  8. Collaborate with clinical team, administrative staff, and patient families to provide best care
  9. Refer to professionals outside our system when in the best interest of our patients and families
  10. Attend Weekly Round Table Meetings and other designated meetings for clinical growth, team building, and business practice
  11. Contribute to company growth by exploring and sharing ideas for innovative therapy models and special programs
  12. Pursue relevant Continuing Education to best serve our patient population
  13. Maximize efforts to achieve company productivity standards for potential bonus and flex time opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
  1. Proficiently utilize MS Office and other software systems
  2. Complete scheduling and documentation via Practice Perfect
  3. Utilize payroll system to report time worked and request time off
  4. Submit weekly productivity stats
  5. Identify and review billing codes
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 30lbs (ST)
