Verse is dedicated to empowering speech-language pathologists to start, grow, and run their own independent practices. We provide a comprehensive "business-in-a-box" solution, including insurance relationships, marketing support, AI-powered EHR systems, administrative assistance, website, a community of fellow SLPs, and billing services. Basically, we equip speech-language pathologists with the tools and resources they need to run a flourishing private practice.

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy speech-language pathologist licensed and located in states listed above to join our team of motivated Verse SLPs who are building their own caseloads. This opportunity is designed to support providers in launching and/or growing their own private practice.

Verse will support your practice by:

• Assisting you in forming your business entity (LLC/PLLC/etc) and branding your business with logo creation
  
• Building your website and assisting you with launching Meta and Google Ads and optimizing SEO for clients to find your services
• Access to our digital library of standardized assessments from Q Global and WPS
• Credentialing you with your state's largest insurance networks so that you can accept insurance, hassle-free
• Handling all of the billing and care coordination that comes along with accepting insurance
• Providing marketing resources and guidance to help grow your caseload
  
• Listing your practice on local and national directories
• Providing you with an AI-integrated EHR system to efficiently run your private practice through the Verse platform
• Allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• ASHA certification and active state licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience
• Strong clinical skills across a range of communication disorders and age groups
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for innovation, technology, and a desire to shape the future of speech therapy service delivery
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build a business
