Location: Skilled Nursing Facility ~ Fremont, Ohio

Schedule: PRN as needed during the week or on the weekends

The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct speech therapy services to patients, which may include adult and/or geriatric persons. The goal is to help them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

Requirements for Speech Language Pathologist SLP:

1. Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license required.
2. Speech Language Pathologist Masters degree required.
3. Must be an SLP CCC.
