Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

PRN for Sparta and Tomah locations, currently open to Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN. SLP-CCC required; licensed in the state; Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of employment.
• SLP-CCC certification required.

Responsibilities
