Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a facility in Frederic, WI. The role supports residents in evaluating and treating communication disorders with physician guidance, utilizing diverse therapy methods and assistive devices to improve daily life.

The position offers full-time (30 hrs/week) or part-time options with flexible scheduling. Licensure, benefits, and a mentorship culture are emphasized to support professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• SLP-CCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using a variety of speech therapy procedures and assistive devices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional communication.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to monitor progress and adjust therapies as needed.

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
